Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President Provider Relations & Engagement to lead our efforts in cultivating strategic relationships with healthcare providers, driving network development, and implementing innovative value-based contracting models.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring the success of our provider engagement strategy, which aims to improve quality, efficiency, and administrative performance within our network. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to achieve these goals, while also fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Apart from your exceptional leadership skills, you should have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including network development, contracting, risk sharing, and value-based payment models. Your ability to collect and synthesize network intelligence, as well as leverage business acumen to drive meaningful outcomes, is crucial to this role's success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance provider relations and engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical societies
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration and teamwork among internal teams, ensuring seamless execution of provider engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative value-based contracting models
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive meaningful outcomes in provider engagement and network development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration, or equivalent experience
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on network development, contracting, and value-based payment models
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
