Sales Account Executive

We Guide, You Grow LLC is seeking a skilled Sales Account Executive to drive sales growth and build strong client relationships in the live events industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the corporate office to establish pricing strategies and sales targets
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings to network and promote services
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and resolve escalated client issues promptly
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role within the fireworks industry or a related field
- Strong knowledge of fireworks manufacturing, safety regulations, and display production
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Travel and Location:
- This position requires travel up to 60% of the time, with a focus on the 150-mile radius of Philadelphia, PA
- Travel will be mixed, local and outside the local area, and may involve overnight stays
Compensation:
- Sliding scale commission from 4% to 8% of gross profit of new business
- Bonus eligible at 10% of base salary
