At Brooksource, we're seeking a talented Associate Account Executive to join our team of sales professionals. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a critical role in building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in designated target accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings, presentations, and client-centric activities.
  • Collaborate with clients to create tailored solutions that drive change and deliver positive outcomes.
  • Act as a client advocate, focusing on improving the client experience.
  • Present to C-suite executives and champion solutions for client project roadmaps.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Participate in regular sprint sessions with your manager and sales support team to set and achieve personal and team goals.
Training and Development:
  • Engage in comprehensive sales training, covering organizational, IT industry, and sales foundations.
  • Develop knowledge of our sales playbook, core competencies, and key selling skills through our Sales Readiness program.
  • Participate in role-playing exercises and ride-alongs with senior account executives to hone your skills.
  • Establish a strong client portfolio and foster executive-level relationships.
