Position Overview:

The Cyber Security Lead is responsible for directing and strategizing all architectural elements of cybersecurity initiatives. This role involves providing comprehensive guidance on objectives and frameworks for security projects. The candidate will apply advanced principles, theories, and methodologies to tackle complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions. The position requires a high degree of autonomy in decision-making and action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and implement Risk Management Framework (RMF), System Architecture, DevSecOps, and Agile Cybersecurity practices.
  • Possess a deep understanding of Army Health protocols.
  • Design and enhance security features and systems.
  • Maintain a Secret clearance.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possession of cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP or CISM.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

Compensation Structure:

Compensation is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected salary range for this position is $96,700.00 to $220,000.00 annually.
