Position Summary

We are in search of an experienced Program Manager to lead the implementation of the Lean-Agile Coaching Program within the Clinical Informatics and Data Management Office of Health Informatics, serving the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Qualifications

Education and Certifications:

  • A minimum of a Master's Degree is required.
  • Certification as a SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) is mandatory.

Professional Experience:

  • At least 15 years of experience in managing program implementations in medium to large organizations (500+ employees) following SAFe methodologies.
  • Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology environments is preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of SAFe's Lean Agile principles and practices to enhance value and promote organizational change and operational excellence through empowering high-performing Agile teams.
