  • Program and Contract Oversight:
    • Act as the principal Program/Contract Manager
    • Designate an Alternate Program/Contract Manager
    • Guarantee complete authority for both managerial roles
    • Tackle contract-related challenges
  • Project Leadership:
    • Establish work standards, schedule tasks, and review discrepancies in work
    • Oversee contractor personnel
    • Provide program oversight and support evaluation activities
  • Client and Technical Assistance:
    • Deliver outstanding customer service
    • Offer functional and technical IT assistance
    • Serve as a Tier III helpdesk support resource
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Create and maintain thorough documentation
    • Enhance IT support and business processes
    • Ensure systems and configurations meet Cybersecurity standards

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3 years in a leadership role, customer service, and IT support
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent leadership, project management, communication abilities, and understanding of IT infrastructure

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline

Work Environment: Office-based
