About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience. They will be responsible for promoting company products and services, delivering outstanding customer service, and managing CRM data to develop account-specific strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote company products and services by employing proven sales methodologies and communicating value propositions to clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Manage CRM data to develop account-specific strategies and coordinate efforts with team members.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to understand customer business operations, identify potential growth opportunities, and analyze competitor activity within the industry.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in sales or account management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with the Building Automation Systems (BAS) industry, including knowledge of its key stakeholders and basic understanding of BAS products and applications.
