About the Role:

This is a dynamic and challenging position for an ambitious sales professional to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and development in a highly productive and sales-driven environment.

With a strong understanding of your clients' needs and a deep understanding of the building maintenance industry, you will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills and experience to drive revenue growth and contribute to the success of our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outside B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years' experience and a demonstrated ability to close short-cycle sales deals. You will also have a strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territory, with proficiency in CRM systems and excellent communication and presentation skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close, working closely with account managers and your sales team to identify and qualify potential clients, initiate the sales process, and close deals. With a competitive compensation and benefits package, including a salary of $100k+ per year, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team.
