Sales Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at Mac Papers + Packaging in Central Arkansas. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing our existing account base, while also identifying and developing new business opportunities.
About the Role:
- Maintain and aggressively grow existing accounts through relationship-building, communication, and sales efforts.
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities by researching potential customers, analyzing market trends, and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan that aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, customer service, and operations teams, to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and plans.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Proven track record of delivering on defined sales objectives, with a strong focus on relationship-building, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
