The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organizational abilities, a solid grasp of HR methodologies, and the capacity to manage confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment:
- Support the recruitment process by advertising job vacancies on various platforms, evaluating resumes, and conducting preliminary screenings.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring supervisors.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in the preparation and execution of payroll.
- Ensure precise and timely entry of payroll information.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from staff.
- Maintain payroll documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including the preparation of necessary paperwork and orientation materials.
- Ensure new hires complete all required training and documentation.
- Assist in managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist with enrollment and modifications.
- Maintain accurate records of employee benefits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, payroll systems, and cloud storage.
- Assist with the coordination of employee training and development initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Assist with organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role required.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Payroll, HRIS, and ATS systems preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
- Office environment with standard business hours.
