Regional Controller

The Regional Controller is a senior member of the regional leadership team, responsible for managing, providing direction for, and coordinating budgeting, planning, financial reporting, and analysis activities for the regional business. This role requires a strong technical accounting and analysis background, with experience in financial leadership and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with finance and operational teams to deliver reporting and analysis to business leaders
• Provide advice and counsel to business leaders on the financial impacts of business decisions
• Collect, analyze, and compile data from accounting and operational systems for monthly reporting
• Participate in initiatives to review, streamline, standardize, and enhance processes with corporate finance and other Regional Controllers
• Direct the development, preparation, and maintenance of various financial and operational reports
• Ensure controls are in place to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and statutory requirements
• Educate management and staff on financial processes and policies, and the financial impact of business and operational decisions
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline
• 10-15 years of experience in financial leadership and team management
• Accounting designation (CA, CGA, CMA, or CPA)
• Microsoft Office and SAP skills
• Proven leadership, business partnering, project management, and analytical skills
