Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Consultant plays a crucial role in overseeing the recruitment process across the organization. This position collaborates with management to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies in collaboration with departmental leaders.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers and staff regarding staffing policies and procedures, managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, including high-volume roles.
  • Proactively cultivate and oversee candidate pipelines, prioritizing current and future hiring needs to streamline recruiting efforts.
  • Identify and attract potential candidates using cost-effective methods, including job boards, social media, career fairs, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Conduct recruitment training sessions for hiring managers, both individually and in group settings.
  • Regularly follow up to evaluate recruitment goals and interview progress.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
  • Supervisory Role
  • This position does not entail supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 years in recruitment management acceptable in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Strong computer, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Proven ability to lead a team with successful outcomes.
  • Valid driver's license and liability insurance, along with personal transportation.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated region as required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to bend and twist as necessary.
  • Moderate noise levels typical of an office environment.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces.
  • Regularly required to stand, sit, communicate, and utilize hands for computer and telephone operations.
