About the Role
  • Lead the mechanical engineering team in designing, developing, and producing mechanical systems for the company's flagship warehouse robotic product.
  • Oversee the design, development, and production readiness of the mechanical systems, ensuring they meet performance, reliability, and cost objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the product's transition from development to mass production.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of taking complex mechanical systems from concept to mass production.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and cost optimization techniques.
  • Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo) and mechanical analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to manage and motivate a team.
