The Role:
- Quickly evaluate client job requisitions, identifying essential knowledge and skills, and develop a pipeline of high-caliber candidates across various sectors to present to Tundra's Account Managers for client openings.
- Serve as the primary contact, aligning candidates' personal aspirations, availability, and qualifications with client requirements.
- Establish and nurture business relationships while expanding your talent network with IT and engineering professionals.
- Embrace our competitive, goal-driven culture and strive to surpass internal objectives and metrics to enhance your success and growth within the organization.
- Maintain relationships with Contractors through in-person meetings, lunches, and networking events.
- Enjoy the autonomy to recruit, organize, and pursue any available opportunities.
- Take charge of every recruitment opportunity and utilize your ingenuity to identify and attract top candidates through various platforms, referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and negotiate competitive compensation packages.
- Provide coaching and guidance on resume preparation and client interview techniques.
- Stay informed about trends and innovations in the contingent and technical workforce industry.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000.
Tundra promotes a pay-for-performance culture and offers competitive compensation packages. In addition to base salaries, we provide Uncapped Commission, Bonuses, and Associate Option Plans where applicable.
Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.
