Position Overview:

We are looking for a Sales Executive with a proven track record in selling recruitment services within a recruitment agency.

This role is critical to our business development strategy, and the ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong relationships within the tech community, and the ability to close deals with high-growth companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales:
    • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a focus on selling our recruitment services to high-growth tech companies
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and the specific challenges faced by tech companies in their recruitment efforts
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with our recruitment team to ensure that client needs are being met and expectations are exceeded
  • Reporting:
    • Regularly update sales metrics and provide feedback to the team to refine our approach and service offerings

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Executive, with a strong focus on selling recruitment services within a recruitment agency
  • Proven Success:
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, particularly within the recruitment industry
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Deep understanding of the recruitment landscape, particularly in the tech sector, with a network of potential clients
  • Communication Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions to clients effectively
  • Self-Starter:
    • Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
