We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Customer Support Specialist at Manufacturing Inc. This position involves handling data entry for order processing, managing high volumes of customer communications, coordinating shipments, and maintaining strong interdepartmental relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform accurate data entry for order processing
  • Manage a high volume of customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner
  • Communicate with customers regarding orders, pricing, inventory, and other requests
  • Coordinate with transportation carriers to ensure timely scheduling for customer shipments
  • Maintain and update inventory control records to facilitate order processing
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with truck scheduling is preferred
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge
  • Good math skills for handling order processing and inventory tasks
Salary Information:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
