Position Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Account Manager with expertise in influencer marketing and public relations. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong history of managing effective influencer marketing and PR initiatives while fostering and maintaining client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their requirements are addressed with tailored influencer marketing and public relations strategies.
- Design and implement comprehensive plans that align with clients' objectives.
- Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with influencers to facilitate authentic and impactful brand partnerships.
- Establish and nurture connections with key media representatives, securing coverage in prestigious outlets.
- Oversee the development of press releases, pitches, and other PR materials, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the success of PR and influencer campaigns, providing actionable insights for ongoing enhancement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, social media, and digital marketing, to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Offer strategic guidance and support in managing crisis communications and mitigating potential reputational challenges.
Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience in influencer marketing and public relations, ideally within an agency context.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong grasp of the media landscape and current influencer marketing trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven capability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.
- Creative problem-solver with strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in PR and social media management tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
