- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, supply chain management, and food safety protocols.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a professional and polished approach to leadership in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive culinary management experience in a high-volume food and beverage operation.
- Strong culinary skills and ability to train and instruct team members.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with a proven track record of developing and retaining top talent.
- Ability to motivate and drive performance and results of a diverse culinary team.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing 10 – 30 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Creative Culinary Management is an equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
