Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring the smooth operation of daily HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Assist in the recruitment, screening, and interviewing process for all hotel positions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations: Provide support to employees and management staff, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Benefits Administration: Explain and administer various benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as 401(k) and other employee programs.
  • Payroll and Timekeeping: Process payroll, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • HR Systems and Reporting: Maintain and update HR systems, generate reports, and provide data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Training and Development: Assist in the development and implementation of training programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: Hotel experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in HR systems and software.
