Job Responsibilities- Conduct door-to-door canvassing in local neighborhoods to introduce ourselves to homeowners and discuss the benefits of energy-efficient solutions.
- Identify potential customers and assess their energy needs and interests.
- Provide expert advice on energy-efficient products and services, including solar panels, energy-efficient windows, insulation, and more.
- Build relationships with homeowners to identify their needs and concerns, and tailor our solutions to meet those needs.
- Conduct site assessments to identify potential energy-saving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., environmental science, business) preferred.
- 12 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in the energy industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable vehicle with good insurance coverage (mileage reimbursement available).
- Valid driver's license.
