Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with client accounts payable department, supporting Project Managers in preparing capital expenditure budgets and forecasts, and ensuring contract process is followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with client accounts payable department
  • Support Project Managers in preparing capital expenditure budgets and forecasts
  • Proactively seek opportunities to assist the project team in providing superior client services
  • Ensure contract process is followed
  • Support the project management team to ensure work is not started without proper authorization and documentation
  • Proactively provide all aspects of invoicing support to ensure that project managers follow the invoicing process
  • Assist in maintaining project schedules
  • Assist project team in keeping project files current and complete using the approved filing system
  • Execute project closeout procedures ensuring all deadlines are met

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Autodesk, and Bluebeam
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and LEED AP
  • Fluency in the Spanish language
