Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Project Managers, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from due diligence and planning through closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with client accounts payable department to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Support Project Managers in preparing capital expenditure budgets and forecasts.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to assist the project team in providing superior client services.
  • Ensure contract process is followed and maintain data integrity for individual projects within the project tracking system.
  • Track key milestone dates for multiple projects in the client's database.
  • Provide timely and accurate project documentation and reporting.
  • Prepare weekly meeting minutes and field reports.
  • Prepare monthly project reports.
  • Perform general office duties as necessary.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Autodesk, and Bluebeam.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) and LEED AP.
  • Preferred: Fluency in the Spanish language.
