We are seeking an experienced and skilled Petroleum Construction Project Coordinator to join our Southeastern team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project coordination, with experience in managing fast-track projects and leading teams to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion, resolving issues and addressing concerns as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver status reports, summarizing project progress and highlighting key milestones.
  • Establish effective communication plans, ensuring seamless project execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors, managing schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Input quotes into customer portals, managing customer expectations and providing timely updates.
  • Manage project closeouts, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
Requirements and Skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project coordination, with a focus on fast-track projects.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to successful project completion.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
