Required Qualifications

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with office management tools.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with care.
  • A proactive mindset towards problem-solving with solid decision-making capabilities.
  • Experience in project management or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with all stages of the development process.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
  • Preferred: Proficiency in the Spanish language.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop capital expenditure budgets and forecasts.
  • Actively seek ways to support the project team in delivering exceptional client services.
  • Ensure adherence to contract processes; assist the project management team in obtaining necessary client approvals and documentation before commencing work.
  • Provide comprehensive invoicing support to ensure project managers comply with invoicing protocols.
  • Maintain up-to-date Project Schedules.
  • Keep project files organized and complete using the designated filing system.
  • Implement Project Closeout procedures, ensuring all deadlines are met, and utilize the contract compliance checklist to verify completion of all items prior to final closure.
  • Demonstrate growing experience and competence in executing project management tasks from initial due diligence and planning through to closure.
  • Ensure clarity regarding requested work and required deadlines. Communicate status updates and completion of assignments to the project manager.
  • Deliver complete and accurate work assignments as directed.
  • Monitor key milestone dates for multiple projects within the client's database.
  • Provide timely and precise project documentation and reporting.
  • Maintain data integrity for individual projects within the project tracking system.
  • Have a strong understanding of personal roles and the services offered by NEWCO SHARPE PROJECT DEVELOPMENTS LLC.
  • Participate in networking and marketing-related events.
  • Prepare weekly Meeting Minutes and Field Reports.
  • Perform general office duties as needed.
  • Execute additional job responsibilities as assigned.
