Business Development Representative

As a Business-to-Business Sales Representative at TM Management Group, you will be the face and voice of our brand, assisting in our mission to deliver innovative telecommunications solutions to our clients. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Educate customers on the benefits of our services and sales promotions, identifying new sales opportunities and generating client leads.
- Sales and Upselling: Upsell services and transition leads into actual sales, properly managing given territory and overturning objections to increase sales margins.
- Account Management: Assist Management and Sales in developing customized packages and program renewals for assigned customers, understanding their program needs and staying on track to meet or exceed program goals.
- Industry Knowledge: Acquire extensive industry sales skills by attending client conferences to connect customers to the latest products and services.
- Strong Customer Service Background: Proven experience in customer service or sales representation, with a strong focus on relationship-building.
- Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation is required for this role.
- Dependability and Resilience: Dependable and resilient, with the ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Sales and Leadership Skills: Massive ambition and eagerness to develop sales and leadership skills, with a proven ability to overturn objections and close sales.
