Sekisui Diagnostics, a leader in invitro diagnostics, is seeking an experienced professional to lead business development activities (Mergers & Acquisitions, Partnerships) to achieve our short- and long-term strategic goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and secure key business opportunities to augment SEKISUI's organic growth efforts
- Execute M&A's, strategic agreements, and partnerships to exceed company goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally to keep the organization informed and drive deals forward
- Utilize deep knowledge of the diagnostics industry and key players to identify, evaluate, and manage new strategic business prospects and initiatives
- 10 years of solid experience expanding corporate portfolios within the diagnostics industry
- Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and sharp negotiation skills
- Superior collaboration and communications skills
- Deep knowledge of the diagnostics industry and key players
