Job Title: National Account Executive - Department Specialty & New Business Development

The National Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers in the Department Specialty and New Business Development channels. This role requires a strong understanding of the customer's business needs and the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the Department Specialty and New Business Development channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers
  • Strong understanding of customer business needs and sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
