We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BDC Manager to lead our Sales BDC department at Audi Burlington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the department, including handling internet leads, inbound phone calls, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Automobile Expertise: Stay up-to-date on automobile characteristics, capabilities, and features, and use this knowledge to compare and contrast competitive models.
  • Internet Lead Management: Effectively manage internet inquiries through our dealership website and other online channels.
  • Customer Appointment Setting: Set up customer appointments for our sales department.
  • Lead Follow-up and Relationship Building: Follow through on customer leads and build strong relationships with clients to close sales.
  • Business Growth: Grow our internet service business and expand our current customer base.
