About the Role

Audacious and results-driven Sales Business Development Manager is sought after by Herb Chambers Audi Burlington to spearhead the Sales Business Development Center (BDC) department. This pivotal position will oversee the entire department, encompassing the management of internet leads, inbound phone calls, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Automotive Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of automobiles by studying their characteristics, capabilities, and features, comparing and contrasting competitive models, and inspecting vehicles.
  • Internet Lead Management: Effectively manage internet inquiries through the dealership's website and other online channels.
  • Customer Appointment Setting: Coordinate and schedule customer appointments for the sales department.
  • Lead Follow-up and Relationship Building: Follow through on customer leads and establish strong relationships with clients to drive sales.
  • Business Growth: Strategically grow the internet service business and expand the current customer base.
