About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agency Partnership Manager to join our team at Snap Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and managing partnerships with independent media agencies to drive growth and revenue on Snapchat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies
    • Define and prioritize strategies to maximize the impact and value of Snapchat's advertiser solutions through independent agencies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth across new and existing customers.
  • Agency Management and Partnership Development
    • Hold responsibility for the financial performance of your agencies; work to ensure annual and quarterly partnership targets are met.
    • Act as the trusted primary point of contact, escalation point, and thought leader for your agencies.
    • Firmly establish Snapchat as a leading brand-building and business-driving platform in the eyes of multiple agency constituents.
  • Education and Training
    • Develop and deliver scaled education and programming across all agency disciplines (media, digital, strategic planning).
  • Client Service and Partnership
    • Provide best-in-class client service and partnership across all facets of agency, including investment, planning, social, and research.
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis
    • Track revenue performance across the agency portfolio in the US and determine corrective measures where needed.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills
    • 8+ years of marketing, brand advertising, agency, media sales, and/or online advertising experience leading businesses or accounts.
    • Experience working with account contacts and growing revenue through the development of relationships.
    • Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally.
    • Understanding of Snapchat's value proposition and the ability to describe technical or complicated ideas into plain language.
  • Education and Qualifications
    • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Agency Management Experience
    • Direct agency management experience.
  • Sales and Marketing Experience
    • Experience in sales and marketing in a sales/commission-based role to advertising agencies.
