Position Overview:
We are seeking an Agency Partner to elevate our collaboration with Independent Media Agencies, facilitating their growth in the digital landscape on Snapchat. This role, based in our offices, requires a robust background in sales, exceptional presentation abilities, and adept project management skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strategic objectives to enhance the effectiveness and value of Snapchat's advertising solutions through Independent Agencies.
- Oversee the financial outcomes of your assigned Agencies, ensuring that partnership goals are achieved.
- Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for your Agencies, providing insights and leadership.
- Position Snapchat as a premier platform for brand development and business growth among various Agency stakeholders.
- Design and implement educational initiatives across all Agency sectors (media, digital, strategic planning).
- Conduct comprehensive business evaluations with Agency leadership and essential stakeholders.
- Gain a deep understanding of Agency operations and tailor solutions to address their requirements.
- Deliver exemplary client service and collaboration across all Agency functions, including Investment, Planning, Social, and Research.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth among both new and existing clients.
- Monitor revenue performance across the Agency portfolio and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across various functions.
- Thorough understanding of Snapchat's value proposition, with the capability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience in navigating matrix organizations and securing support from key internal stakeholders.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Demonstrated success in building relationships at the executive level both internally and externally.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, agency relations, media sales, or online advertising.
- Experience in cultivating relationships with account contacts to drive revenue growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in sales and marketing within a commission-based environment targeting advertising agencies.
- Direct experience managing agency relationships.
