Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Agency Partner to cultivate and oversee collaborations with Independent Media Agencies, aimed at amplifying their digital footprint on Snapchat. This role demands a robust background in sales, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the capacity to juggle multiple initiatives while possessing a comprehensive understanding of the digital advertising landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategic initiatives and priorities to enhance the effectiveness and value of Snapchat's advertising solutions through Independent Agencies.
  • Oversee the financial outcomes of your Agencies, ensuring that both annual and quarterly partnership objectives are achieved.
  • Serve as the primary contact and thought leader for your Agencies, fostering trust and open communication.
  • Position Snapchat as a premier platform for brand development and business growth among various Agency stakeholders.
  • Design and implement educational programs across all Agency sectors, including media, digital, and strategic planning.
  • Conduct formal business evaluations with Agency leadership and essential stakeholders.
  • Gain insights into Agencies' operations and devise tailored solutions to address their specific needs.
  • Deliver exceptional client service and partnership across all Agency functions, including Investment, Planning, Social, and Research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth among both new and existing clients.
  • Monitor revenue performance across the Agency portfolio and identify necessary corrective actions.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in influencing and communicating across various functions.
  • Deep understanding of Snapchat's value proposition, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Experience in navigating matrix organizations and securing support from key internal stakeholders.
  • Adept at thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Proven track record of establishing relationships at the executive level, both internally and externally.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Over 8 years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, agency relations, media sales, or online advertising, with a focus on managing businesses or accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating relationships with account contacts and driving revenue growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales and marketing within a commission-based role targeting advertising agencies.
  • Direct experience managing agency relationships.

Compensation Information: Compensation for this role is determined by a variety of factors, including skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. Salary ranges are established based on geographic location, with opportunities for participation in sales incentive programs and equity in the form of RSUs.
