Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Client Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team at Snap Inc. In this leadership role, you will oversee a group of Client Partners within a specific category. Your natural leadership abilities will be essential as you coach, develop, and inspire your team while also engaging effectively with clients. A comprehensive understanding of the performance metrics of top accounts at Snap is crucial, along with insights on how to drive growth within their respective sectors over the coming year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the growth trajectory for your assigned accounts at Snap, providing insights to client teams on emerging trends within the industry.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Client Partners, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and agency partners.
  • Ensure your team meets revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Design, implement, and oversee KPI-driven measurement strategies.
  • Analyze broad industry trends and translate them into strategic opportunities for business growth.
  • Support Sales leadership in determining individual quotas and account assignments for team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the sales process from initial planning through to closing.
  • Strong business acumen and industry knowledge, particularly within the entertainment sector.
  • Exceptional mentoring, coaching, and people management capabilities.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and various management levels.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in sales within the digital media landscape.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to facilitate discussions with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Existing relationships with brand marketers in the entertainment sector and advertising agencies.
