Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and provide guidance on all facets of client accounting, including month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Utilize accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks to ensure accurate financial record-keeping and produce insightful financial reports.
  • Ensure adherence to GAAP Accounting standards in all client accounting activities.
  • Deliver strategic financial advisory services to clients, assisting them in enhancing their financial performance and achieving their business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor for their accounting needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine accounting processes and elevate client service quality.
  • Stay informed on changes in financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • CPA certification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in client accounting and advisory roles.
  • Demonstrated experience with month-end and year-end closing, as well as proficiency in Sage and QuickBooks.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP Accounting principles.
  • Exceptional client service skills with the ability to foster and maintain strong relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret financial data and provide sound financial recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts effectively, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic approach to providing innovative solutions.
