Our firm is seeking a skilled and dynamic Client Accounting Advisory Lead (Hybrid) to enhance our growing team.

This role provides the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office, ensuring a balanced work-life experience.

As a vital member of our finance team, you will be instrumental in managing and advising on client accounting issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and provide guidance on all facets of client accounting, including month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Utilize accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks to maintain precise financial records and produce insightful financial reports.
  • Ensure adherence to GAAP Accounting principles in all client accounting activities.
  • Deliver strategic financial advisory services to clients, assisting them in optimizing their financial performance and achieving their business goals.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor for their accounting needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance accounting processes and improve client services.
  • Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • CPA certification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in client accounting and advisory roles.
  • Demonstrated experience with month-end close, year-end close, Sage, and QuickBooks.
  • Thorough understanding of GAAP Accounting principles.
  • Exceptional client service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data and provide sound financial advice.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and offer innovative solutions.
