Our firm is looking for a skilled and experienced Client Accounting Advisory Lead (Hybrid) to enhance our growing team.

This role provides a unique blend of remote and in-office work, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

As an integral part of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing and advising on various client accounting issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and provide guidance on all facets of client accounting, including month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Utilize accounting software such as Sage and QuickBooks to ensure precise financial record-keeping and produce valuable financial reports.
  • Guarantee adherence to GAAP Accounting standards in all client-related accounting tasks.
  • Deliver strategic financial advisory services to clients, assisting them in enhancing their financial performance and reaching their business goals.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor for accounting matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize accounting processes and enhance client service delivery.
  • Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

  • CPA certification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in client accounting and advisory roles.
  • Demonstrated experience with month-end and year-end closing, as well as proficiency in Sage and QuickBooks.
  • Thorough understanding of GAAP Accounting principles.
  • Exceptional client service abilities with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret financial data and provide sound financial recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a strategic mindset to offer innovative solutions.
