Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, chemistry, operations, or a closely related field.
  • 5+ years of customer support experience, including experience with complex to specialized programs or operations.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
