Job Title: Sr. Project Manager

At Brown and Root, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for the execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, process engineering, and discipline representatives, to ensure project success.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring they are properly documented and communicated to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to develop and implement procurement strategies for each project.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, forecasts, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in project execution, planning, and control.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
