About the Role

HMP Global, a leading healthcare event and education company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Continuing Medical Education to join our team. As a key member of our educational programming team, you will be responsible for organizing and managing online and in-person continuing medical education (CME) activities for healthcare professionals across various therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development: Collaborate with Program Directors to develop high-quality educational content, ensuring accuracy and relevance to healthcare professionals.
  • Project Management: Actively manage workflow and deadlines for assigned projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary interface for all communications regarding day-to-day program status, providing exceptional customer service to program faculty and educational partners.
  • Speaker and Advisory Board Management: Manage the speaker and advisory board process, ensuring seamless coordination and communication.
  • Social Media Presence: Oversee the social media presence for our online educational programs, ensuring engaging content and consistent branding.
  • Travel and On-Site Management: Travel to and provide on-site management for medical education programs, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality delivery.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all communication, correspondence, and financials for each program.
  • Database Management: Utilize our database to initiate and track program progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Marketing Materials: Update marketing materials to reflect program details and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Evaluation and Testing: Data entry of evaluations and testing updates, ensuring accurate tracking and analysis.
Requirements
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to implement initiatives and assignments with a high attention to detail.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, with strong professional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency utilizing MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), with prior experience in medical education or medical communications a plus.
  • Education: Four-year college degree (Science, English, Communications, or Journalism preferred).
  • Work History: Verifiable and consistent work history, with a valid driver's license and ability to travel (approximately 6-8 times per year).
