Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with fellow Social Services Operations Managers to drive strategic initiatives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee a comprehensive service delivery framework, prioritizing exceptional customer experiences.
- Facilitate administrative coordination across various program benefits and services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to align with the agency's mission and objectives.
- Utilize program data to assess and enhance staff performance, programs, and policies.
- Manage workforce operations to achieve agency goals and improve service delivery.
Position Highlights:
- This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week.
- Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
