About the Role

HMP Global, a leading healthcare event and education company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Continuing Medical Education to join our team. As a key member of our educational programming team, you will be responsible for organizing and managing single and multi-day continuing medical education meetings that bring together renowned faculty presenters to deliver high-quality programs to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development: Assist Program Directors with content development and provide support as needed to ensure the highest quality educational programs.
  • Project Management: Actively manage workflow and other aspects of assigned projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary interface for all communications regarding day-to-day program status, providing superior customer service to program faculty and educational partners.
  • Speaker and Advisory Board Management: Manage Speaker and Advisory Board relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality content.
  • Social Media Presence: Oversee social networking presence for our online educational programs, maintaining a strong online presence.
  • Travel and On-Site Management: Travel to and provide on-site management for medical education programs, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of all communication, correspondence, and financials of each program.
  • Database Management: Utilize database for initiating and tracking program progress, ensuring efficient program management.
  • Marketing Materials: Update marketing materials to reflect program details and ensure accurate representation.
  • Evaluation and Testing: Data entry of evaluations and testing updates, ensuring accurate program assessment.
Requirements
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to implement initiatives and assignments with a high attention to detail.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong professional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency utilizing MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Education: Four-year college degree (Science, English, Communications or Journalism preferred).
  • Work History: Verifiable and consistent work history.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license.
  • Air Travel: Ability to travel by air, approximately 6-8 times per year.
