Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Manager for Educational Programming to join our dynamic team responsible for orchestrating both online and in-person Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities tailored for healthcare practitioners across diverse therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Program Directors to develop educational content and provide necessary support.
- Oversee project workflows and ensure timely and budget-compliant execution of assigned initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications related to program status.
- Manage relationships with Speakers and Advisory Board members.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and act as the liaison for program faculty and educational partners.
- Enhance our online educational programs' visibility through effective social media management.
- Travel to provide on-site management for educational programs as required.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all communications, correspondence, and financial details for each program.
- Utilize our database to initiate and monitor program progress.
- Update and refine marketing materials as needed.
- Conduct data entry for evaluations and testing updates.
Qualifications:
- Proven project management capabilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in medical education or communications is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A four-year degree in Science, English, Communications, or Journalism is preferred.
- Consistent and verifiable work history.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Willingness to travel by air approximately 6-8 times per year.
