The Role
The Assistant Property Manager will play a key role in supporting the Property Manager in all aspects of community management. This includes overseeing daily operations, enhancing resident satisfaction, and working closely with the property management team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Leasing and Marketing

- Assist in leasing apartments daily
- Work in CRM to contact and advance sales pipeline
- Monitor traffic sources, prospect tours, conversion ratios, current media plans, and marketing data for accurate and up-to-date information
- Make recommendations based on competition and community needs to maintain budgeted occupancy
- Resident Relations
- Resident Satisfaction
- Assist in ensuring timely completion and follow-up of service requests
- Build relationships with residents, create activities and communication channels
- Support resident retention programs and escalate resident concerns as necessary
