Job Summary

Crescent Gardens, a residential apartment community managed by National Property Management Associates Inc, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the property's exterior appearance is well-maintained and providing exceptional service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare units for occupancy by performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure the property's exterior appearance is presentable through regular cleaning and upkeep.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform trash valet service and daily trash pickup as needed.
  • Assist with general maintenance work, including exterior projects, painting, pressure washing, irrigation repairs, and grounds keeping.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • General maintenance skills, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
  • Experience in residential apartment maintenance is a plus.

Compensation:

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate of $23 per hour. Salary is determined based on factors such as candidate experience, qualifications, skill set, and internal equity.
