Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare units for occupancy by performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Ensure the property's exterior appearance is presentable through regular cleaning and upkeep.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform trash valet service and daily trash pickup as needed.
- Assist with general maintenance work, including exterior projects, painting, pressure washing, irrigation repairs, and grounds keeping.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- General maintenance skills, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Experience in residential apartment maintenance is a plus.
Compensation:
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate of $23 per hour. Salary is determined based on factors such as candidate experience, qualifications, skill set, and internal equity.
