Job Summary:

Knowledge Services is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Assistant Vice Provost for World Readiness. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Assistant Vice Provost's calendar, making recommendations for process improvements, and providing administrative support for various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Assistant Vice Provost for World Readiness, including managing their calendar and making recommendations for process improvements.
  • Manage Outlook calendar and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for Experiential Education, Innovation Hub, and Service Learning initiatives.
  • Assist the Executive Assistant for the Vice Provost of Teaching and Learning as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of prior administrative experience.
  • Knowledge of Excel and event planning preferred.
