This role involves providing administrative assistance, translating documents and communications, organizing and maintaining project documentation, scheduling meetings and appointments, managing travel arrangements, and supporting the preparation of project reports and presentations.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist Project Managers with administrative tasks and project coordination
- Translate documents and communications between English and Spanish
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for project team members
- Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other materials
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors as necessary
- Perform data entry and maintain project databases
- Bilingual is a plus, but not a requirement
- Scaffolding knowledge is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Experience in project management or construction industry is a plus
$24.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on experience
