This role requires a seasoned sales professional to lead and grow our sales team, working closely with senior management to acquire new clients and meet quarterly and annual revenue quotas. Strong communication and presentation skills are crucial for success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to drive business growth.
  • Enhance sales performance by creating and refining marketing collateral and processes.
  • Lay the groundwork for future sales teams by recruiting, hiring, training, and growing talent.
  • Identify business goals and critical issues to prospect and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with executives at prospective client companies to discuss sales, business, and technology issues.
  • Utilize effective sales strategies to convert qualified prospects into new clients.
  • Manage databases for prospective targets, including consultants, prospects, current clients, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited college.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience as an account executive or sales manager, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of building and managing sales teams, developing new business, writing client proposals, and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Experience in selling in a competitive environment and exceeding quotas and goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM applications such as Salesforce, ACT, or NetSuite.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 per year based on location and experience.
