Front Desk Agent Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Fairfield by Marriott/Buffalo-Airport. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests, complete check-in and check-out procedures, and obtain and store pertinent information.
  • Handle cash, credit card information, and goods at the property.
  • Identify guest needs and provide relevant information regarding hotel services and amenities to create a welcoming environment.
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
  • Take reservations from incoming callers and input information into the hotel management system.
Requirements:
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Marriott experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Computer knowledge, including intranet, property management system, Word, and Excel, is strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history, subject to company approval.
