Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional customer service and support to our guests at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Buffalo Airport.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests and processing check-in/check-out procedures
  • Handling cash, credit card information, and goods
  • Providing information about hotel services and amenities
  • Taking reservations and updating the hotel management system

Requirements:

  • Customer service experience in a hotel setting
  • Marriott experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer knowledge, including intranet and property management system
