Sales Director for Northeast Region

Job Summary:

Thyssenkrupp Elevator seeks an experienced Sales Director to lead the Northeast region's service and repair sales efforts. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth through strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with area leadership to establish goals and objectives, and ensure service and repair staff exceeds goals.
  • Implement sales initiatives and utilize TKE sales tools in accordance with corporate and area strategic initiatives and reporting requirements.
  • Support onboarding and development of service and repair sales representatives.
  • Analyze financials and reports to accurately forecast booking activity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and architects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of directly related sales experience in the elevator industry.
  • Experience working with long sales cycles.
  • Proven success in B2B field sales, with experience selling services in a highly competitive market.
Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $152,000 - $226,000. The role offers a vehicle allowance, fuel card, and a lucrative incentive program with a biannual payout. Benefits overview: health insurance, parental leave, wellness program, 401K, vacation pay, holiday pay, tuition assistance, free life insurance and disability insurance, among others.
